ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Ever since childhood, Michelle Moorer has had a passion to write. She worked in various areas for several years, trying to find her niche in the world, but something was missing. A year ago, she stepped out on faith and relocated her family from Michigan to Illinois for growth and opportunities. She received her MBA degree in 2007 – no easy achievement for a single mother with two children.

Michelle’s life and words will inspire every girl and woman who strives for a better future: “I have been faced with much adversity and now have peace within myself. Through my memoirs, I would like to share my experience with all the abused people, especially women, around the world. Hardship and heartbreak have given me the determination, drive and faith in my Higher Being to follow my dreams and to reach my goals in life, no matter how hard things get.”
